Annual Plant Sale
The plant sale is held on the last Saturday of April each year. This year, April 26, 2025, at 9:00am.
Proceeds support:
- Demonstration gardens
- Education programs
- Farmers’ market booths
- County fair booths
- Technology to support the program
- And other special projects
Visit the Community Education Garden at Springwater and Western Avenue to see an example of how your support beautifies our community and provides an educational resource for gardeners.
Tomatoes
You will find a large variety of tomatoes at our annual plant sale. Favorites from the summer Tomato Gala will be included.
Peppers
Everybody loves peppers! Look for hot, medium & sweet varieties. Heat index may vary depending on your palate.
Veggies
Mother was right, vegetables are good for you. This selection should please her and likely includes some of your favorites.
Herbs
Herbs provide a bit of soul to your dishes. Our selection will hopefully include some of your favorites.
Native plants
The selection of perennials is dependent on quality and availability due to weather conditions.
